Privacy Policy for Iron Panda 2, Notes, and Other G.A.P. Labs Apps

Gaming Application Project Labs, Inc. ("us," "we," or "our") operates the Iron Panda 2 mobile application (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding collecting, using, and disclosing personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Usage Data

We may also collect information sent whenever you visit our Service or access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").

This Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), gameplay stats, cloud space tokens, our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Gameplay Session Data

We use session data and similar game stats to track the activity of our service and hold certain information. Session data is preference values inherent to your device, which holds a small amount of data, including an anonymous unique identifier and gameplay statistics. Session data is sent and retrieved from our cloud APIs to and from your device. Additionally, gameplay session data, including username, score, flag, and ranking, will be included in the global leaderboard hosted in the cloud and publicly available to all other account holders. If you wish to opt out of participating in the leaderboard, the account removal option is available in the game data section in the options menu. You can opt out of maintaining session data in the cloud or on your device by erasing your game state and not signing up for a cloud account if data retention is a concern.

Use of Data

Iron Panda 2 uses the collected data for various purposes:

● To provide and maintain the Service

● To notify developers of in-game experience, issues, and other failures related to the gameplay.

● To track gameplay progress to be retained in the event of data corruption or loss of gameplay stats on your local device.
